Privacy
This Privacy Policy describes how Country Girl Pantry (“we,” “us”) handles information on our website and in our customer accounts. It is a business description of the current store, not a certification or legal opinion.

Information you provide
Depending on how you use the site, you may give us:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Account information used to sign in and verify your contact methods
- Verification codes or magic-link requests we send to email or text
- Saved addresses you choose to store
- Order details, including products, pickup market, and messages related to an order
- Contact or booth-signup information when you choose to submit it
- Marketing signup information when you explicitly join a newsletter or market-booth campaign
Purchase and account information
If you create an account or place an order, we keep records needed to run the store. That can include order history, products purchased, promotional offers applied to your account, pickup event details, and—if Cash Rewards is turned on—your CGP Cash balance and ledger history.
Online card payments are processed by Square. We do not store complete card numbers. We may retain payment-processor references, last-status information, and the amount charged so we can match an order to its payment.
Information collected automatically
The website uses cookies and similar request data required to operate the store:
- A customer session cookie so you stay signed in
- A cart cookie so items you add are remembered on this device
- Security and authentication logs, which may include IP address, browser/user-agent, and the destination of a login or verification request
We do not currently run separate advertising analytics, social-media pixels, or third-party tracking tags on this storefront.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Create and operate customer accounts
- Process and fulfill orders, including market pickup
- Send order confirmations and account verification messages
- Authenticate customers and protect against fraud or abuse
- Administer promotions and, when enabled, CGP Cash
- Respond to customer-service questions
- Keep business, tax, and legal records
Service providers
We use Square for online payment processing. Email and text messages are sent through our connected messaging providers. Hosting and infrastructure providers process the website and application data needed to keep the store online. We do not sell customer lists.
Marketing
Creating an account or placing an order is not, by itself, consent to marketing messages. Transactional messages about your account, verification, or an order may still be sent. Marketing or newsletter messages are sent only when you sign up through a marketing form or a market-booth campaign that records that consent.
Cookies
The customer session cookie is used to keep you signed in. The cart cookie stores the products you have added for this store. You can delete cookies in your browser; doing so may sign you out or empty the cart on that device.
How long we keep information
We keep account, order, payment-reference, and reward-ledger records for as long as needed to operate the business, handle questions, and meet accounting or legal recordkeeping needs. We do not publish a single automatic deletion date for every record.
Your choices
You can update account contact details after you sign in, choose whether to save addresses, and use the Contact page or Facebook to ask questions about your information. You can stop marketing messages by using the signup/contact path you used to join or by contacting us. Transactional order and account messages are separate from marketing.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect customer information. No website or payment flow can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The site does not include a separate age-gate.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version and effective date above will change when we do. The current policy is posted on this page. We do not require you to re-accept the Privacy Policy for every update unless a specific feature requires it.
